Cocktail for Two

Okay, in all honesty i dint do any work here, just had to rip the content whole, with a little modification.

Tequila Sunrise

Tequila sunrise

Another one that makes us feel like we should be on holiday. Preferably being waited on by a gorgeous Mexican sigh.
Ingredients:
3 parts Tequila
6 parts Orange Juice
1 part Grenadine (don't stir - let it sink to the bottom!)
Jazz it up - for a Tequila Sunset use Blackberry Brandy instead of Grenadine

Sea Breeze

Sea breeze 2

A long cocktail just made for lazing round on the poolside. Or at least imagining that you are...
Ingredients:
1 part Vodka
3 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Grapefruit Juice
Jazz it up - use Pineapple Juice instead of Grapefruit to make a Hawaiian Sea Breeze.

Martini

Martini

A Gin-heavy cocktail that's not for the faint-hearted. Favoured by Winston Churchill and described by E.B. White as 'the elixir of quietude' (does that just mean it makes you pass out?)
Ingredients:
5 parts Gin
1 part Vermouth
Jazz it up - garnish the old-school way with a single olive.

Margarita

Margarita

A bit of a love or hate cocktail - some people enjoy the refreshing zing, others find it way too sour. If you fall into the latter category you can always add sugar to sweeten it up.
Ingredients:
7 parts Tequila
4 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec
3 parts Lime Juice
Jazz it up - rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it in salt for a true Margarita experience.

Woo Woo

Woo woo

Basically a Sex on the Beach, minus the orange juice. A good one to make in bulk at parties because pretty much everyone likes it.
Ingredients:
1 part vodka
1 part peach schnapps
4 parts cranberry juice
Ice
Jazz it up - add a slice of peach to complete the look.

Cosmopolitan

Cosmopolitan

A cocktail that's been around since the 1980s, although it was with Carrie and co. in Sex and the City that this one really found fame.
Ingredients:
1.5 parts Vodka
1 part Cointreau
1 part Cranberry Juice
Dash of Lime Juice
Jazz it up - garnish with a flamed orange for added citrus kick.

Bellini

Bellini image

Originally from Italy, this cocktail gained its name because its colour resembled a toga-wearing figure in a painting by Giovanni Bellini. Just in case anyone cared...
Ingredients:
1 part Peach Schnapps
1 part sparkling white wine
Jazz it up - add Grenadine for a stronger splash of colour.

Black Russian

Black russian

Coffee liquor and vodka help this drink pack a powerful punch. Perfect as an after dinner cocktail (for anyone that refined).
Ingredients:
2 parts Vodka
1 part Kahlua
Ice
Jazz it up - top up with Cola if you find it a bit intense!

Mojito

Mojito

A Cuban drink that was apparently a favourite with the author Ernest Hemingway. The name means literally 'something wet'.
Ingredients:
1 part Rum
0.5 parts Lime Cordial
3 parts Soda Water
A wedge of fresh lime
Ice
Jazz it up - add Apple Liquor as well as Rum to make an Apple Mojito
